Structuro® 100
Structuro 100 is differentiated from conventional super plasticisers in that it is based on a unique carboxylicether polymer with long lateral chains. This greatly improves cement dispersion. At the start of the mixing process an electrostatic dispersion occurs but the cement particle’s capacity to separate and disperse. This mechanism considerably reduces the water demand in flowable concrete.
Structuro 100 combines the properties of water reduction and workability retention. It allows the production of high performance concrete and/or concrete with high workability.

Structuro 100 is a high performance superplasticiser intendedfor applications where increased early and ultimatecompressive strengths are required, and it has been developedfor use in:
- Self compacting concrete
- Pumped concrete
- Concrete requiring long workability retention
- High performance concrete
Packaging
Structuro 100 is available in 200 litre drums.
Storage
Structuro 100 has a minimum shelf life of 24 months providedthe temperature is kept within the range of 20C to 500 C. Shouldthe temperature of the product fall outside this range thencontact local Fosroc office for advice.
